As COO and later CEO of Navman, he helped grow the company from $3 million to a $500 million international brand. In 2009, Jim became CEO of New Zealand Rugby League (NZRL), where he led a major turnaround through the respected “Game Plan” strategy, restoring the organisation’s integrity and credibility. In 2013, he was appointed COO of the National Rugby League (NRL) in Australia, overseeing key areas such as Integrity, Media, Government Relations, Player Welfare, and Club Strategy.
Returning to New Zealand in 2014, Jim became Managing Director and later Executive Chairman of the New Zealand Warriors, guiding the club through a successful ownership transition in 2018.
Jim is currently a director of Cenfield and remains active across both sport and business as a consultant, mentor, and board member.

With over 35 years of leadership in venue and precinct development, Paul Nisbet has delivered major sport, entertainment, and cultural projects across Australasia. His expertise spans strategic planning, infrastructure advisory, and stakeholder engagement for stadiums and urban regeneration.
As Managing Director of Cenfield MXD NZ Ltd, Paul led the vision for the Te Tōangaroa Stadium Mixed-Use Development—a transformative 12-hectare waterfront precinct in Auckland anchored by a 55,000-seat stadium. He established the Te Tōangaroa Consortium to guide engagement with iwi, global partners, and government stakeholders.
Previously, as Director of Auckland Stadiums (now Tātaki Auckland Unlimited), he oversaw Go Media Stadium, Western Springs, and North Harbour Stadium. He led the Auckland Venue Development Strategy, which included the 2017 scoping of a downtown stadium and redevelopment of Western Springs for international cricket. Paul's earlier roles included senior positions at Sydney Cricket and Sport Ground Trust.

n 2020, John became General Manager of Ergon Properties, a property and investment fund. His deep construction background supports Ergon’s mission to deliver commercially sound, strategically aligned property developments such as Carlaw Park Student Accommodation, Sistema, MIT TechPark, IAG, and Stanley Street offices.
John also brings governance experience as a director across both commercial and education sectors. He is widely respected for his calm leadership, technical expertise, and ability to bridge strategic objectives with operational execution.

Jason is Director of Property Development at Te Whānau o Waipareira, where he leads the Trust’s property strategy, focusing on affordable housing and community infrastructure aligned with Māori aspirations. His work supports Waipareira’s mission to uplift whānau through sustainable development and long-term urban regeneration.

His earlier experience includes Senior Asset Manager at DNZ Property Fund (now Stride Property), where he managed a diverse commercial portfolio, and Development Manager at Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd., gaining valuable construction and project delivery expertise.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Property Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from the University of Auckland.

Upon returning to New Zealand in 2025, James co-founded InfraSocial Capital Limited to focus in delivering social infrastructure projects in New Zealand and Australia.
He holds an LLB and BCom (Economics) from the University of Otago, an MSc from the University of Oxford (Chevening Scholar) and is a former All Black rugby player.

With over 35 years of experience, he combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style, having worked across architecture, project management, and client-side delivery in Australia and Asia.

Andrew spent a decade as a Principal at Populous, specialising in sport and entertainment architecture. He contributed to major bids including the Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympics and led the design and delivery of large-scale projects such as Nanjing Sports Park and Taipei Arena. He also directed PPP bids in Singapore, Melbourne, and Taiwan.
Client-side, Andrew served as Vice President for Galaxy Macau, overseeing non-gaming developments including the Galaxy Arena, Broadway Theatre, and Convention Centre. More recently, as Regional Principal Consultant for HKS Inc, he led projects such as Chengdu Phoenix Mountain Sports Park, Fighter Ballpark in Japan, and a Sports Academy in Indonesia.
